Sankar Gompa Leh Sankar Gompa Leh is a minor of Spitok gompa, taking the same head lama. Sankar is effectively visited strolling from Leh. Going to the Dukhang, turn left, go by means of a door and up one flight of steps. Right away on the left is a door foremost right into a small inner courtyard. The walls of this yard are painted with the Tibetan calendar and murals portraying the suitable method for lamas to live.
