Itinerary

Day 1 : Chandigarh – Manali (300 kms. / 10 hour drive )

On Arrival at Chandigarh Airport / Railway station Meet our Representative, Later drive to Manali (300 kms. / 10 hrs) enroute visit Kullu which take you to the valley of Gods, It is a combination of natural splendor and rich cultural heritage. On arrival check-in to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure, Dinner & overnight stay at Manali

Day 2 : Manali – Sarchu / Jispa (235 KM / 8 Hrs)

Today we start our journey to Leh with overnight stopover at Sarchu (4253 m), the border of the states of Himachal Pradesh (Lahaul) and Jammu & Kashmir (Ladakh). During the drive, we cross through the Rohtang Pass (3978 m) enter to Lahaul Valley, visit Raja Gyepan temple at Sissu Village, lunch at Keylong (3350 m), thereafter drive to Sarchu by crossing Baralacha Pass (4890 m) a beautiful drive on high altitude to be remembered for a lifetime. Stay overnight in Sarchu / Jispa.

Day 3 : Sarchu to Leh (250 KM / 8 Hrs)

Early morning after breakfast leave for Leh, through Nakeela and Lachangla Pass 16,617 ft. Lunch at Pang. After Lunch drive to Leh passing through Skyangchu Thang (Biggest and Highest Plateau on Earth on Stretch of 42 Kms), Tanglang La Pass 17,585 ft 2nd highest motorable road in the world and Indus Valley. Reach upshi where you drive along with Indus River. On arrival at Leh check in to the Hotel. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 4 : Leh to Nubra Valley ( 125 KM / 5-6 Hrs )

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardung La pass. This road is considered to be the highest motorable road of the world. Enroute, admire the spectacular views of the never ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardung La Pass (18,390 feet). After spending some time at Khardung La, proceed to Nubra. After Hotel check-in, enjoy camel Safari in the evening. Stay overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 5 : Nubra to Pangong via Shyok ( 165 KM / 06 Hrs )

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area, might catch some rare wildlife. Stay Overnight in Pangong.

Day 6 : Pangong Lake to Tso Moriri Lake (255 KM / 07 Hrs)

Post breakfast drive Tso Moriri via Chushul & Karzok. Evening visit beautiful Tso Moriri Lake and its surroundings. Overnight at Tso Moriri.

Day 7 : Tsomoriri – Tsokar – Taglangla – Leh (235 KM / 7-8 Hrs )

Morning after breakfast drive back to Leh by Korzok Village & Puga Valley. Continue drive to Tsokar Lake and Taklang La Pass (17,585 ft), which is the 2nd Highest motorable road in the world. Arrival at Leh by evening. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 8 : Leh Local Sightseeing (105 KM / 5-6 Hrs)

After breakfast drive to Sindhu Darshan and about 7 kms from Leh on the bank of the Historical Indus River. Later proceed to visit Shey Place, The ancient capital of Ladakh and Thikse Monastery located on top of a hill; the Monastery is an excellent example of Ladakhi architecture. This contains several Stupas, Statues, Thangka, Wall Paintings and a large pillar depicting Buddha's teachings. Later continue to drive to visit Hemis Monastery, which was built in 1630, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism and it houses some beautiful Wall Paintings, Thangka and several other historic objects. Later visit Stok Palace Museum. Return to Leh in the evening visit Shanti Stupa, Leh palace & Market. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 9 : Leh – Lamayuru – Kargil (235 KM / 05 Hrs)

After Breakfast leave for Kargil, enroute visit Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and The Sangam of Zanskar & Indus River, Alchi Gompa and Lamayuru Monastery. After visiting the Monastery we drive straight to Kargil over Fatu-la [13,489 ft] which is the highest pass on Srinagar – Leh road. The first Buddhist village will be Mulbek a giant Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain. Stay overnight in Kargil.

Day 10 : Kargil – Srinagar (205 KM / 6 Hrs)

After breakfast at the Kargil drive to Srinagar, visiting War Memorial Hall & Museum. Continue drive towards Drass (The second coldest inhibited place in the World) where we stop for tea. Crossing the massive Zojila pass (3527 meters) & the road passes through the panoramic village to reach Sonmarg (2740 meters) in between to reach Srinagar, overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 11 : Srinagar

Morning after breakfast drive to Srinagar Airport……..Tour ends with sweet memories of Ladakh...

Prices valid from 10th June 2021 To 31st October 2021.
Prices valid for minimum 02, 04, 06, 08, 10 & 12 Pax travelling together in one vehicle.
Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1200 Hrs (Noon).
Triple Room does not necessarily mean Three Separate Bed.
Triple Room can have One Double Bed + 1 Roll Away Bed.
All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).
100% payment to be deposited before the trip starts.
Final tour Vouchers will be provided on receipt of full 100% payment.
Extras Payment in Leh office should be Cash Only.
Vehicle provided as per mention tour plan (Point to Point Basis only), any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, we shall offer similar Hotel.
April & October Month, Pangong Lake Journey will be done in one-day excursion.
No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.
Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.
We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement cost at time of booking.
There would be no refund for the road blocks at Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake & Tsomoriri Lake due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at Leh due to the same should be bear by the passenger directly.
No changes in the date of travel once booked.

25% advance (Non Refundable) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation & Balance 75% one month prior to arrival.
Cost of Child between 5 to 11 Yrs (Without Bed only) & Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the applicable adult rates & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of Extra Bed.
Child below 5 Yrs of age will be complimentary without extra Bed.
Maximum 7 Pax can be accommodated in one vehicle (Scorpio or Similar).
Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc. will be chargeable to group members.
All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.
Journey can be arranged from Delhi / Chandigarh / Jammu Railway Station or Airport at Nominal Extra charges.

Blocking of Rooms will be hold for period of 07 Days only.
Tour is organized on the basis final instructions and requirements received from yourselves and on your own risk and responsibilities.

LIABILITY: We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:

Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.
Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.
Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

AC in vehicles will not be applicable in hilly area.
The above given cost is calculated on the basis of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement / reduction whatever applicable) to you.
We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred such as cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
During the month of October to April most of the Camps | Guest houses | Hotels won't be operational due to off season in various locations of Ladakh like Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake | Tsomoriri | Tsokar | Sham Valley | Kargil | Zanskar region etc. (So in that scenario best alternate accommodation will be provided with prior information to the guests at the time of booking).

Cancellations Policy for Land Package:

15% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.
25% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 20 days before the tour.
50% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 10 days before the tour.
No refund for tour starting within 10 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.
No Show 100% of tour cost.
During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.
The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.
