Fotu La is a mountain pass on the Srinagar-Leh highway in the Zanskar Range. Fotu La Pass Ladakh is a great mountain pass which is an altitude of 4,108 m beyond the sea level. it is the highest point on the highway, surpassing the famed Zoji La. Fotu La pass is one of two high mountain passes between Leh and Kargil, the other being Namika La.

Fotu La Pass Photo Moving eastwards, the highway begins to descend towards the town of Lamayuru after Fotula Pass. There is a Prasar Bharati television relay station serving Lamayuru located on the pass. The journeys towards the pass will be a beautiful and amazing view of the snow-clad mountain ranges. While moving to Fotu La Pass Ladakh there is an amazing view of the beautiful landscape and the green oasis of the passes.
